It may seem trivial, but there really are unanswered questions - even enigmas
- pertaining to the thyroid gland. To a simple- minded thyroidologist,
to whom everything may be clear, let me mention seven enigmas of the thyroid
gland. All these enigmas may be characterized in that we know the answer
to the question "how", but we lack the answer to the question "why".
